A Digital Leap in Government Services
In the summer of 2025, Egypt officially inaugurated the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Complex in New Alamein City, with the presence of the Prime Minister and key ministers.
This project is part of Egypt’s digital transformation strategy and supports efficient services for both citizens and investors.
Key Features of the Complex:
1. Unified Service Center
The complex includes dedicated counters for real estate registration and public notary services. It is digitally connected to the national government system and the Egypt Digital Platform for streamlined service.
2. Fully Digital Operations
All transactions are handled electronically, reducing paperwork and saving time. Clients can process contract registrations, official documents, and legal authorizations in one place.
3. Prime Location
Located inside the Heritage City zone of New Alamein, it’s easily accessible for residents and seasonal visitors alike.
Does it serve non-Egyptians?
Yes — the complex is open to non-Egyptians, allowing them to register properties and legal documents in compliance with Egyptian law.
Foreigners can own up to two properties within certain limits and complete official procedures via the complex, provided they submit valid IDs and bank transfer proof.
